Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, we'll communicate any significant delays by email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is typically 7-12 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow a short period for the tracking information to become active after you receive it.

Shipping delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs, but we will always help you track down your order. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at tryclementinewrap@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly or incompletely provided address. Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at tryclementinewrap@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll work with you to make it right.
